A Coaching Consultancy
About us

I am a recently retired federal executive and attorney, and an experienced coach. During my final years of federal service I completed the rigorous Federal Internal Coach Training Program, and I regularly coached leaders and aspiring leaders throughout the federal government. Since retirement I have been coaching privately. I have earned the Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation.

I am proud to have built and sustained a successful legal and executive career, and my coaching style reflects many years of tackling myriad management and leadership challenges. But I coach people, not problems. Just as each flower in the garden follows its own growth journey, each human must identify and live by their own specific, nuanced, highly personal values and goals. When I partner with my coaching clients, I am guided by kindness, empathy, and careful attention to language. I help clients get unstuck and make progress, whatever that means to them.
My favorite job has always been mothering two now-adult daughters. I have long been a caregiver in every sense, and I only recently emerged from the trenches of (so-called) work-life balance (career, kids, parents, hobbies, you name it). I understand both younger professionals and the people who supervise them.

Coach. Counsel. Consigliere.
For more than thirty years, I’ve worked with leaders inside complex systems—at the federal level, in national nonprofits, and at the executive table—where decisions carry real consequences and clarity is often hard‑won. Along the way, I’ve learned something simple and enduring: even the most capable leaders need space to think, reflect, and choose wisely.

That’s why I coach.
I’m a certified professional coach, an experienced litigator, and a former senior nonprofit executive, with decades of leadership and public service experience. Today, I work with executives, lawyers, and mission‑driven leaders who want a trusted partner as they navigate transition, responsibility, and growth.

Clients come to me when they are:
-
Stepping into or redefining senior leadership roles
-
Navigating career or identity transitions
-
Carrying complicated decisions with no obvious right answer
-
Seeking greater alignment between values, authority, and impact
My work is about cultivating space—space for reflection, for honest questions, for insight to take root. Whether you’re navigating a moment of change or simply ready to grow more intentionally, this is a place to slow down, think well, and move forward with purpose.
