Counsel Without the Noise
Before becoming a coach, I spent years as a lawyer and impact litigator, advising executives and boards and leading high‑stakes work shaped by law, policy, and public scrutiny. I bring that same disciplined thinking to both coaching and legal consulting—helping clients clarify issues, weigh trade‑offs, and see the longer arc of their decisions.
There are no memos here. Just clear thinking, perspective, and judgment—offered calmly and candidly.
Although I am a licensed attorney (CA & DC), please note that I do not provide legal advice and any engagement may not be privileged.
A Trusted Consigliere
Leadership can be isolating. Many of the most important conversations happen nowhere at all—because there’s no obvious place to have them.
I serve as a confidential sounding board for senior leaders who want straight talk, discretion, and lived understanding of power, responsibility, and complexity. Clients often tell me that what matters most is knowing they can speak freely with someone who has “been there” and will tell them the truth with care.
